thank you brothers, thank you for share this epprom, i've found a solution, i'vz read it from a working phone, now all it's done and the phone work good.

the phone restart every seconds, i've use full erase and epprom and frimware erea then make a full flash and write a good epprom and rebuild the original IMEI and the phone is ok
