P710 flash error - GSM-Forum

there is only one file for this phone
I tried flash it but always had this error:

Loading S3-Records...
Operation failed due to an error!

is there any problem with file or ustpro2 ???

flash file from support is dagmaged and also when i Try to use another flash file got error loading flash loader.
