hi all! Please please give me some advice.

Everytime I try to unlock samsung 3g handset ( such as f480.....), the modem is never SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM, it always come with different name of modem when plug usb cable to phone.

I did install samsung cdma modem to pc already.

what should i do with this, because i can not unlock any samsung 3g phone for now.

Anyway, please let me know any idea for this

You must switch, using the codes, the mobile in qualcomm mode

es. F480 *#782872# and click on confirm, afterward plug the usb cable

I DID THAT, HOWEVER IT STILL COME WITH NAME PHD USB MODEM 3197 EVERYTIME I PLUG USB CABLE FROM SAMSUNG F480 TO PC. iF I UNPLUG IT THIS NAME PHD USB MODEM 3197 ALSO DISAPPEAR FROM MODEM LIST IN DEVICE MANGER.

PLEASE ADVICE MORE.

If i use original cable to conect phone to pc, modem name phd usb modem 3197 come up as i told.

However if i use comble cable to connect from phone to box and pc, computer not recognize it at all. It come with error

It should install all the qualcomm drivers..
