| Please advice me!!!! hi all! Please please give me some advice. Everytime I try to unlock samsung 3g handset ( such as f480.....), the modem is never SAMSUNG CDMA MODEM, it always come with different name of modem when plug usb cable to phone. I did install samsung cdma modem to pc already. what should i do with this, because i can not unlock any samsung 3g phone for now. Anyway, please let me know any idea for this thank you tommy |

| You must switch, using the codes, the mobile in qualcomm mode es. F480 *#782872# and click on confirm, afterward plug the usb cable BR Alex |

| THANKS ELEX! I DID THAT, HOWEVER IT STILL COME WITH NAME PHD USB MODEM 3197 EVERYTIME I PLUG USB CABLE FROM SAMSUNG F480 TO PC. iF I UNPLUG IT THIS NAME PHD USB MODEM 3197 ALSO DISAPPEAR FROM MODEM LIST IN DEVICE MANGER. PLEASE ADVICE MORE. THANKS ALEX TOMMY |

| If i use original cable to conect phone to pc, modem name phd usb modem 3197 come up as i told. However if i use comble cable to connect from phone to box and pc, computer not recognize it at all. It come with error |
