i have ust pro2 black box.

i am using it last one and half year with absolute ease.now when i install fresh copy of xp window.ust pro2 not detected.it show usb not recognized.

now i check it with other pc with fresh copy of window with out any box installation.
always detect "usb not recognized".

now question is1" its hardware or software problem
2" which box hardware supported to cheek smart card OK or not

i have 1 se tool
2 infinity

or any other box
