just have a try with this phone
hope can help all user...

use S3870 mode
use double cable (usb+rj45)
power off the phone
insert cable
click Reset Phonelock and Simlock
ta...da...
phone is open (user code is reset to 000000000)

please report this method if you already try it.

wich versio do youse for open that bottom.i try 11.0 and dont open.newest version dont have that model.
