The solution:

The original USB cable that comes in the box will be needed together with the dual one [E210 + USB] that came with UST (RJ45+usb)

These are the steps to follow (at least that i used without a problem):

1. Connect the powered up phone with the original usb cable
2. Connect as PC Studio mode.
3. Wait till drivers (use updated drivers) or Operating system has registered the phone (check this on device manager).
4. Be sure its port is low. I use port 11. [CHECK UNDER MODEMS for a Samsung modem!]
5. Choose S5230 on UST.
6. Press direct Unlock.
7. On UST log section you should see Phone detected! : COM11
8. If you do not see this it means port is not low or else operating system has not loaded the drivers properly
9. Once detected the log screen will show you more details up until --- Waiting for phone power ON....
10. At this stage remove the usb cable.
11. Connect the combo cable to the phone (both usb and RJ 45 have to be connected to the box)
12. Press power on the phone. Here you should see BOOT LOADER (in orange at the top of the phone's screen).
13. You should see the LEDs flicker too (communication is going on Recieving and transmitting)
14. More log details go on..... Up until----- Calculating data, PLEASE WAIT ....
15. At this stage the phone will power up automatically.
16. Remove the phone from the combo cable.
17. Reconnect to the original USB cable.
18. Check that the device manager has again detected the phone in a low port (again check for a SAMSUNG MODEM under MODEMS!]
19. Leave it connected and WAIT.
20. Assuming phone has been detected and registered together with the other attached devices in your system....
21. The log section will show you Calculation Ok! and then Changing to MODEM mode (USB)...
21. Since you connected the phone (as in step 17) You should see ------MODEM(USB) power open OK!
22. If you did not get this far it means phone was not recognised or wrong drivers installed.
23. If you arrived here then it will go on to Bypass MSL security...
24. Once bypassing is done .... will start to unlock the phone...
25. Operation successful. .... disconnect the phone.
