hi i have an s8300v phone to unlock sw ver = s8300AEIC6
and always i get failed

Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Read failed,invalid data or unsupported simlock!
Restart phone, and TRY AGAIN!
Elapsed Time (00:00)

where is the problem please ?????

Firmware versions higher than C4 can't be unlocked with UST.

you must flash your phone with C4 or lower version.

Since the only firmware for S8300v on support area is C6 (like your phone), you must flash it with S8300 firmware to unlock it. But you can't cause the S8300v and S8300 have different boot files.

To do this you must download S8300 downloader (search in forum) and flash the boot files of your phone with S8300 boot files.

After this you can flash your phone with S8300 files and unlock it

i've unlocked S8300DXID2 with UST.. i think it's higher than c4?
