i have some pic
s5233 s5230 s5600 s5603 in lockcode

i unlock with ustpro2 showing this problem always

Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone detected! : COM5
MODEM > Initialize...
MODEM > ERROR : No ACK!
Elapsed Time (00:03)

pls help urgent

You must start unlocking with phone on and usb cable.
After the phone restart remove the baterry to stop the phone and put it back.
Then put the phone to E210 rj45 cable and press power two secondes.
After phone restart again let it start and put again usb cable.
