Samsung E490 no sound on ring and mp3 - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I got a samsung E490, speaker is good, ringer is good but no sound on ringtone and mp3. But when i play video i got the sound on that. I flashed with Ustpro file but same thing, i even reset the erpom.

Hello, any one care from ustpro2 team, found that is a software problem. Cause when i try to make any sound file as ring tone its not giving me option. Like any mp3 or amr sound file can't silect as ringtone. So there is no sound, I have flashed with the file from support, but than no mp3 come after push the mp3 button. So i reflahed with same readed file. Hope some one from support give me some solution.

i found a schematic for the e490 and i think that the problem is
in " U401 "

Remove interface ic (small ic near charging socket),I solved one mobile like this solution.

And check if there is any short on ch. socket pin and small compnents which connected to the socket.
