no way to type hash and star boton on number allowed other ways out?

You have no other way without flashing now. Phone will not detected with PC.

Camera + volume up + power to get download mode

Tested once by flashing.

its very fast flashing

why this fone is not detect by pc as we know direct unlock can reset and unlock all codes as mr-siroya said

the best solution to remove user code use downloader v 5.33 flash just factory fs with f490 _open_europe_slav.ffs tested by me

In normal state when you connect usb cable this phone asks for mode selection like phone mode or mass storage mode. When you select a mode then the phone detects on pc. But when it is user code locked it require code at start up with sim or without sim. So you can't select the mode and it doesn't connect with pc. Like some nokia has this.
