Hi, i have a i616 with a user password.
There are 0 tries left. I can't enter anything so *#2767*3855# does not work.
I want to reset the password without losing anything
i know pressing up + power does a format, but i dont want to lose anything.

Is there another way?

u can try this : Press "0 + 4-way navigation KKK UP + Power" simultaneously. After the phone prompts for reset, press 1 and then Y
