I Tried unlock Softbank 821Sc

Code:

Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
SoftBank phone detected!
Reading phone identify...
SW Ver : 821SCID3
Preparing security area...
Calculating security data...
Unlocking phone...
Operation successful.
Elapsed Time (00:10)

But it is not showing any network...

Please Guide...

The Set is stuck on "Please Wait" how to get it back to working condition...
