softbank 920sc unlock problem - GSM-Forum

i have a softbank 920sc.thr is 08.01 written on back of the fone and it has bootversion NAKATA DOWNLOAD VERSION 1.75.i downloaded the unlock file from support site andtried to unlock it as mantiond in unlock guide but i recive the following error

Loading flash file...
Flash file loaded OK!
Searching for UMTS phone...
Phone detected! : COM11
Programming flash...
ERR_WRITE_TIMEOUT
Flash file does not match with phone's BOOT!!!
Try change [Flashing security] and try again!
Elapsed Time (00:31)

wat should i do for its unlock.thr is also a unlock file of 920SC_Unlock_072008
but i didnt tried wid that should i try wid that file r any other solution for this.
i searchd the forum but i found solution of that error for 730sc not for 920sc any idea for this problem.thx in advance

Write BOOT by MultiLoader
all you can get in support area

seems like u got a power prob .. use a fully charged battery or power supply ..

wen i try to download boot it give this msg

wat its meaning and from whr i can select this image

other box very cheap,dun work risk with so much attentions,u will give back money for ur custumers
