please I have problem to access inthe support ! since yesterday the support replay with this strange message (Someone else is Logging in using your Username, Your account is blocked !!! )


Can you help me please ,to access the support !

now the message from thesderver is different after reset my password access !


Sorry, You need to Login to be able to download.

oh, right click the file and use 'save link as..'

there is an option for change password when u login to ust support area
anyways ur password is been reset by our server

secondly if u get error after loggin to ur account then delete ur cookies or simply right click and press save as for downloading each file
