| the problem is: - we had pay for this product ( we did not have it free) - we trusted this product and the owner - more than one year the product seems dead and no confirmation from the owners - many users of this product are confused, they don't know if they have to wait or to magrate to an other product as they asked informations from the owners but they did not get any answer. so if you are planing to make us paying again for reviving this amasing ust box, i don't see any reason to trust any more. but i think the best way is you pay for our trust back, so make it free and makes us happy, if you really do care about your bussines |

| what i think... Now i think that, updates for ust3 will be faster than z3x box... so z3x owners will be always 2nd on the market... |

Before the SPT deal, buying another samsung box wasnt a good deal for me (z3x does it all) but now the spt activation looks nice and I am thinking about it. I payed for rocker dongle activation, dc-unlocker, polarboxes' activations (the needed ones) I allways have backup plan... I do not unlock/service phone at 1$ and I try to be update with everything that can make my work faster/easier/better. I am not saying that you cannot offer a good deal for those that own ust boxes... I am saying that most (if not all) ust user already have z3x because as of today it is the best tool out there. I do not have just 1 tool for each brand and I do not bitch because some other box can do something different that another, I try to have both. example: I use EUB for all Qualcomm Samsung (s8500, s7230, s5600, s5230 and all the others) but the server is off now, do I bitch about it? NO, I take my z3x box and try with it.... server were also offline.... I installed old Z3x version and did it by patching. My problem solved and I got my money. And this morning somebody brought a Samsung C6620  Uploaded with ImageShack.us it can be done ONLY via LBF and the guy didnt have the time for waiting. I sold him a Factory Unlock Code... it was instant, but it was also more expensive. After that, I came to the forum searching and found out that there is ONE tool that can do it without BF. Guess which tool is it? So, dont think I am attacking you or your tool... I am just writing a FACT: most ust users already bought z3x box. best regards and hope you understand my point.
