Customers with downloading terminated please try to download files now. All should be fine and download resuming is supported (IF YOU ENTER SUPPORT AREA BY BUTTON IN SOFTWARE!). The same goes to "'Cannot find server'" problem. It should be fixed.

Customers having slow download speed, please, report here your internet connection speed, your geographical location and the speed you download files from support with.

i am trieing to login right now , and cant connect :(

plz ust pro2 fix this problem !!!

ust pro is good box but with some problems such as?
when you want to unlock a set it shows unlock successfully done but when you power on the set it is the same locked
and the support is not working at all i have download a c230 farsi file in one month becaust the net is terminating with ust server and its too slow

we love ustpro all members here i mean in Afghanitan using ust .......bcz .....for forgin languges ........esilly we can find farsi languge
but have problems with s/ws bugs
when downloading file termante and erors

ust support is good and fast updates but slow download speed..........
