hi support,

i upgrade my ust pro software to v9.9.52 and now this button "Go to Support" button in software is missing, pls advice what is going on and where can i now enter your support area thanks

Very hard time

Connection is broadband with 2MBps speed.. but i got only 5kb,s.

Why is it that My white update box can run support software and download but cant run USTpro program on any of my PCs? is it cos AMD processors? even on cleam Laptop with only windows and f-secure installed I cant get past config box

my experiance is really very bad with ust pro support area maximum of times its not acces
some times it may be acces but speed is really slow so plz help me ust team my location country INDIA state HARYANA and city AMBALA CANTT

ustpro2 spport Area is tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oo low downloading speed.very cheap speed.

thanks for seperating support from UST would have memory leaks before and system would be very unstable

when i try to download any things from support area always give me save or open when i press save or open the windows disappear and nothing happen so plz what the problem i make format for my pc and same result
