i have zv50 freezed

i try to unlock but program tell me that rj45 cable not connect

*i flash phone with same cable
*cable is rj+usb
*i buy 2 cable and make one with manual from support
*i unistall and reinstall driver ,and slow modam speed
*when i use z320 com only without usb and choose z320 phone readed
and tell me phone unlocked ok
*i am use ver 5.01 final one
*try in two different pc

what to do with this ,any idea

i have the same problem, rj45 com port not conected.
it seems that we have no support from ust-pro2 team, or they do not care about clients. The pinout on support is wrong, so what is wrong with you guys???? no correction???

Pinout on support area is a little bit wrong, you're right.
What you have to do is: usb pins are correct, so let them, problem comes from com pins, you have JUST TO REVERT BTWEEN RX AND TX DATA!
Same thing hapened to me, and I get it ok, and phone was unlocked ;)

use rj45 cable and
press fast direct unlock
