now do not remember the specific model, but I think it is the press read codes by selecting e2120 model, and I done that way before.

test and you tell us to come to such results.

I was having the same ERROR while using v11.2.1. But after I tried with v10.0.0 and select E2210 I was able to get the phone unlockded. Hope this helps you as well.

Try in saras soft Model: e2210, press unlock, mobile give error in unlock, power on mobile....and ... mobile Unlocked !
