T629 unlock problem - GSM-Forum

i have t629 which is locked on T-MOBILE network i unlock it.it shows unlock sucsessfully.but when i insert sim shows phone locked.when i change imei its automatically restart and work with sim card when we restart it shows again locked.i read the codes and here is the attached picture.plz give me suggestion how i unlock it.i download file for flash but sofwate want .scry file and it is .fls file.
