U700 full signal but no calls

U700 has full signal, but it cannot make or receive calls.

the SW version shows U700DXGK1

I read many post but couldn't find the solution.

some say if flash with U700BUGL2 firmware will solve the problem. But it is a vodafone firmware. I am looking for a debrand solution

Is it a software problem? Is there a solution??

Thanks all for the help.

I believe that U700DXGK1 is the original firmware, the phone was working before and now it can't make or receive calls but signal bar is full.

This phone is not a Vodafone phone, so do you think that flash with vodafone firmware will solve this problem?

one last thing, how do i check if phone is black listed? and how to tell the different of U700v, U700 and U700b?

Thank you all for the help!!!!!!

This issue is not only with U700, as we got some phones like this. and usually phone looses network after reset (*2767*3855#), would be great if any of developers could investigate this. Maybe any bulletin exists or something.

p.s. IMEI ok, as we tried to make few nokia with same IMEI as samsung, and they worked perfectly.
