sorry i can't edit my post again here is the solution which is already posted on the forum

Power on the phone without sim card ,
Manage to insert sim card without turning off the phone

#7465625*638*00000000#

Phone unlocked

Tested with few pieces , and also helped many i710 owner to unlock their handy by this method

Same to me. Not works. And now i have the code provided by operator and can´t unlock it anymore (master key locked). Try to format, reset E2P, etc. Nothing works. Still network and subset locked. Will wait for UST support it.
