how do i reset or read the user password in J600 if he has changed the default password of phone reset/ any folder password.

do direct unlock .. it will clear all locks

I have done it many time but its not working.

Its not erasing user lock codes.

make repair OTP then direct unlock

you can use service job option in ns pro for reset user lock on agere phone
working fine 100%
