UST Box not detecting any phones :s - GSM-Forum

hiya people, im having a few problems with my UST box, the box is not detecting any phones when i click an option but when i plug a phone in the phone starts charging with a battery in the phone.

ive tried to unlock a d900, d500 and a d600, the cables were all working last time i tried.

when i click unlock none of the lights on the front flash or anything. ive tried both service cable ports and still no luck.

has anyone else had this problem?

when operation started so connect the cable and press power button shortly,Now your phone is in TAT mode.Enjoy.
And must use D500 cable for D500

yeh i kno i need to use d500 cable for a d500 and a d800 cable for a d900 but it still doesnt work, i also bought a new d800 cable and tried but still nothing.

are the lights on the ust box supposed to start flashing when you click unlock?

yes bro , you have to calibrate your box before doing any thing .
if you didn't calibrate your box , so box cant detect your fone ,in this way you have to calibrate from opening menu of UST and then do your job as KASHIF KHAN said .

ive calibrated the box and still nothing happens. i even tried what kashif said by plugging the phone in and pressing the power button after i click unlock etc.

ive had teh box for about a year or so and everything has been working fine until a few weeks ago.

check the ust comport numbers
make sure they are between 1 to 12

eg .. 4 and 5
7 and 8

hello!

u have to update your driver.if u go in hardware manager where u will see the usb driver,right click on it and select update driver.during the process,choose 'have disk' and carry on.

make sure no other software are plugged to pc to avoid driver conflicts.

if software ask to calibrate box,do so and then ,when u unlock fone make sure u select the right port.
