UST Calibration failed

After regional settings workaround I tried to calibrate the box, but always have calibration error like on the picture below. I tried to restart PC, connect TST to different USB ports, tried on different PCs, UST cables ports are 4 and 5, regional settings are english, TST is working with its software as standalone.

Please advice what to do next!

did u copy update.dat in same folder with ust exe ?

Yes, without that I will not be able to go to calibration stage.

Hope this is not going to be support like I experienced with my TST dongle, when eventually after long time and convincing me that my PC is worth to throw from window, they provided new fixed installation package.

Do you make update for all type of TST dongle, we have 3 type of TST rockey4 dongle in use.

all 3 types supported.
Recalculate update.dat file... and see what will happen.

Guys I'm still waiting for solution to use my UST, Siroya you said wait couple hours but it's now 3 days already. I'm losing my customers please reply me asap.

I had many errors on cabliratin and runing SW.
Now all is ok so maybe try this

!! At Least Full Install Guide For Ust Pro Ii !!
