UST cant find J700 phone - GSM-Forum

hello,

have connected powered of J700 phone with E210 cable --> USB into USB Port UST and RJ45 into Service Cable Port.

When i select J700 and clikc Direct Unlock. it tells me power on phone. i power on, but phone not detected

drivers are all installed who found with phone and tryed also Service Cable 2 and also other E210 cable

connect usb directly too computer
then try?...

try only RJ 45 cable J 750
or only e 210 cable without connect usb
