@Siroya, is this normal??


Today i tried to download some flashes from support area but i got a message "Someone else is Logging in using your Username, Your account is blocked !!!"
I sent an email to [email protected] and i recieved a strange reply: "you can purchase a new account from ......... he is a trusted reseller". I want just to ask you a question, is this normal for a *******r who had purchased ust pro 2 2 months ago???? i have to purchase an account every 2 months or what????
If you doubt i gave my login details why you don't show me ip tracking. if i have 2 computers in my office or if i have 2 offices and login from the 2 computers or the 2 offices, is it forbidden???
Please i need clarification because this situation is not normal.

Dear i am also logging from two different IP,s one PC is on the shop and one laptop is in the home for downloading but my account is working well.
I think you logging from many IP address or i think you shared your user name and password with someone thats why your account has been blocked.
I like UST team they are very helpful if your statement really right so i hope they will Re-Active your account with last warning.

@Siroya, i sent you a pm explaining my situation so please try to sort it for me and trust me i have never give my login details (i know very well the rules and i have no reason to break them). I wait for your reply m8.

ok thanks for ignoring my request, i know i can buy a new account, less than 20 USD is nothing but believe me it is not a good attitude to ignore *******rs, at least try to check if i really break your rules. I will continue using and enjoying my ust pro 2 but you have to change your negative attitude against your *******rs if you really want that your product will be 100% perfect.
Sorry again but i forget: nothing is perfect

i have this same problem

I have this same problem every 2 months my account is blocked . No one cant explain this . It started me makes nervous .
Dear Siroya please help and no answer . i send PM to Mr Siroya but still no answer.

im quite it doesnt mean i ignored u .. we have some Procedures for unblocking user accounts ,i have already submited ur account unblock request and it will be done in few mins or in few hours so be patient
