USTPro is becoming bad box!!!! False Support For Phones. - GSM-Forum

I state this from fact as about all the updates that have come out are worthless. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT.
You claim box unlocks all these phones..
T469 there are many post's about this phone and others YET ust pro fails to acknowledge it and states FULL support for it..

This box cant flash it or unlock it.
BOX FAILED TO UNLOCK IT.
BOX FAILS TO FLASH IT.

Im tired of BAD Support from UST Pro..

DONT TELL ME ITS SOFTWARE VERSION

V11.5.0 No work < Latest Version
V11 No work

I USED to be big supporter of box but this is getting ridiculous..
If you tell me its because of new security, THEN UPDATE or state wich version of security IT SUPPORTS.

I now have a few phones that are useless as I can not flash the firmware to the phone..

YOU HAVE NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO ANYTHING.

I know its not rocket science.. AND DONT TELL ME IT COULD BE MY CABLES..

CABLES work fine. Tested on other phones box picks them up fine, I even tested pins from one end to another with oHM tester.

If you agree with me post here for them to see.....

u can see the support from the older version of ust.. Version 9.8

Yes 9.8 is when they added this model. But I have used all versions from USTPro 2 v9.9.11 and UP.
Its not just this phone either.

UST should be officially dead.
They CLAIM FULL SUPPORT and FIRST RELEASE..

Just because you ADD the phone model to your list UST does not make it a solution NORE does it make you first RELEASE..

**** FIRST RELEASE

WE WANT SUPPORT for the phones you claim you do...

GET **** DONE.

NSPRO unlocked all 6 of these samsungs.

i agree white yu my brother this box hw was the best of all samsung tool is been now under alll....wht hell is gone ...
wher isthe custumers ,,wher is a good updater....what s hapen to this box....hwk become first in samsung i m living to see it and i dont beleive....
ust cant unlock s3650...and others....
hwk do it in few second whitout flashing or shatin....i.m so sad how it become pooor ustpro....bug always bug......AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Still no response from UST Pro,
Official support looks dead. Other users have been supporting this box.. I'm contacting ADMIN of forum to have them investigate and move this forum to dead / unsupported boxes.

This is bull **** UST= DEAD
