ustpro2 v7.00 cannot run Pls Help. - GSM-Forum

Hi Team Members,

I installed ust-pro2 v 7.00 but it cannot be opened. but can run v 6.20. can anyone help me pls.

Same problem. No errors. Splash screen freeze and nothing is going.

Try to clean box driver before to install Ust soft...
Change com port too between 1 to 9...

the com port is 4 and have formated the pc with winxp spk 2 but still. I can use V6.20 but can't use v7.00.

uninstall first the ver6.2 then install the 7.0...

ununstall 6.20
del folder ust from programfiles
unstall 7.00

Unninstall box drivers and soft, set Language Settings and date format in control panel to English (US), after that install soft and connect box - problem solved.
