try fast direct unlock but no luck!!!

Searching for UMTS phone...
Detecting phone on RJ45 port...
Phone has been detected!
Reading data from phone...
Read failed,invalid data or unsupported simlock!
Restart phone, and TRY AGAIN!
Elapsed Time (00:02)

ok dear now try direct unlock option i hope it can solve your problem
note:in this case i mean when you try the direct unlock option do not put the phone in boot mode.
