What could be this Problem of E890 ??? - GSM-Forum

Hello Siroya/Vahid, I have problem with E890 some of the digits on the screen are not active (i.e. 1,4,7), what could be the problem is it Software or LCD ??please advice.

if its software then probably ur fone eeprom area is damaged .. try direct unlock

Thanks Siroya, I have tried direct unlock but not sucessful and as had told me about remove MSL how to do that operation please advice, infact i full flashed the phone but same result. Let's 25% of the screen from left side is not functioning I mean you can see keypad but when you are touching key#1 on display it shows #2 so left of sceen (key 1,4,7) are not active if you touch #4 on display it shows #5 same with 7 it shows 8 please advice.
