I have flashed two phones without problem and just in 3min each.

Maybe your cable is wrong.

Unlock MD5 hash has no link with flashing ,
Your error can be in Cable.
For flashing , ONLY USB cable is needed, so you can use same original cable come in phone`s package.

The same flashing error with original usb cable from phone package.
Phone is old_algorithm from "3" ITALY.
Unlocking with combined usb/rj45 cable processing ok but still locked.
