Press OK when phone powered on completely

Phone not connected to RJ-45 of UST2

After I push OK program turn off itself

i have also same problem

how to solve this

solution :

take out the battery and put it again then power on and wait until the phone is on , now press ok ... phone will be unlocked
tested today 100%
