Z400 with UST2 5.0 still a problem ! - GSM-Forum

Hello i wanted to unlock my z400 with UST2 4.50b it gives me error_5 and now i tried with UST2 5.0 but still error_5 any one knows why it don't work ? NS Pro works great with z400 but not UST2. Please help.

more info about the phone (Firmware version), or a screenshot would be usefull

Tried many times even on different COM ports set nothing works.

ERROR_5 means comport problem make sure ur fone modem port is less then ust comport

Modem COM Port is 2 and UST is 4 and 5 so com port is not the problem.

then too many unused modem comports installed
please delete all of them except ur fone port and ur pc modem port

I have only 1 modem installed and it's only for this phone. I have attached photo.

No brother, have to go to the control panel---> Modem options---> Modems you will find many modems installed, romve all of them and reattach ur phone, and install it thats all

Sorry mate no modems there only SAMSUNG CDMA Modem (which i installed when i connected Z400) and nothing more. Any more ideas ?

zrob zeby pokazało ukryte urządzenia wtedy zobaczysz ile jeszcze masz portów

make that windows show hidden task an you see all modem and com ports

Hello again i have selected "show hidden" but nothing more shows up! (in modem section)

Nic nie mam więcej w modemach nawet jak wskaze zeby pokazywal ukryte, jesli mowimy o menadzerze urządzeń.
