Cannot detect martech driver. - GSM-Forum

Martech team.

I have new format pc.. When i install martech driver, the box will detect it as a usb serial port but not the martech driver coz i cannot open siemens service tool v14.70..

Pls. help martech team..

Install drivers manually, choose I have disk, then show path to martech drivers directory, then Martech II device will appear.

THis is the right way to install Martech drivers if the box is detected as usb to serial, and do not forget to use new drivers from support.

Tnx for all ur reply sir but ...

I already installed the martech II device in the usb controllers but when i opened sw v14.70..

It shows box error check cables and press find device.

When i press find device still box error..

Pls. asap..

please make a screen shoot on your device maneger martech must be conected then post here the screen shoot

I think you must rechek usb ports.
