ERROR(00:15) transmition error - GSM-Forum

hi all
can samone ,help for my martechbox ; when i try to unlocking or reding phone the felow : ERROR(00:15) transmition error.

you must put the test popint in the right place

when you do Unlock select Use slow/repair method option.

Here is same problem. I've make correct Tp but transmission error.
