Hi have contacted both emails to exchange box and got one reply to contact Raul in Spain. After i emailed Raul and for several days no reply añd emailed back Martech team and no reply for several days. And i would like to exchange my box. how can i do it?

Mainly I want to change language for C551,C552,C750 and Elle N1,If possible change firmwares for them.
