Unhappy Martech BoxII Error!!! Please Help!!!


When I open SIEM Service Tools 14.7 it say (Box Error!!!
Check cables, and press "Find Devices" button...)

And when I press Find Devices Button it say

( ERROR (01.05)
You have not activated "SIEM Service Tools" soft
in your BOX II Device.

Please contact MARTECH Team...)

When I act key file select Then Box say ( Activating new BOX functions... ok.
New functions activated ok.) But (Read Phone Button) do not Highlite.
But Clip Manager Say Box ok.

Please Help Any Body how to Remove this problem. I am Very Warry For My
Box. plsssssssss

My Box SL No. (68 83 31 52 5F 70 E8 EB)

hello techmobil i have been wanting to reach u for a while now over my martechbox2 problem i have been having problem in accessing support for a long i am a register martech box user still i cant acess support even wit my box number am still having problems pls can u help me out

same problem reinstall alll driver and nothing !!

I see,, Calibration is only for MARTECH CLIP,,, I HAVE MARTECH 2 ,, with Tespoint, etc etc,, not the clip...

What i have to do to Fix my Box firmware please...

Calibration is for matech product : Clip/BOX II/BOXII +/LITE and not for clip only, you can use it Safely.
