use lower baudrate and latest exe if this doesnt help then do read codes only---cpukiller

i unlock it sucefull, the solution is:

go to msconfig, unmark all things on start tab, reboot an try again to unlock.

Thanks bro. I tried manually turning off the applications on two computers without success. I did it as per your suggestion via msconfig and voila! phone unlocked.
