ther is no flash file for donwload in the support area only this sheet "click here for downloandig" all flash file don`t exist please wath is the solutions. thx in advance

if u are registered user, i think there's no problem to download f/w and s/w from martech support site.
i dont have any problem 'till now.!

if u point ur mouse at "click here for downloading", there is a pop up how to enter the site (e-mail and pass).
