Tutorial for bad box firmware update - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Since our last update for ALC Tools called ALC2 few users reported us they have problems with working on previous application.
In case of bad box firmware update you will need to make calibration.
We have prepared special instructions:

We must say once again - new ALC2 works only on BOX2+/Clip/Lite - do NOT try to run this update on BOX 2.

If you had bought in previous ALC activations send us .act file which you get. If you didn't buy ALC Service Tools activation before - that's why you can't run ALC2. You can buy it here: ALC2 activations

please ..i whant sinply registre my box in your server ...and after i go to buy alc....please i cant come support to download the flash file siemens .....please help and thanks advance..

so next time write more clearly.
for downloading siem flashes you don't need to buy alc of course.

alcatel activation is free if you have bought the license earlier. I you haven't - it is paid. The details are on the website www.martech.pl

Oooh,martech team,i am also experiencing the same problem of box error,check vables.
I have tried reinstalling but in failure,i have even tried to remove the martech box 11 drivers in my computer,but the computer gives me the message that the drivers doesnt support uninstall,what does this mean and what can i do?
