I decided to give some head-up to our Admin's
I also love to work for this forum so Let me start

They made mod to help user if they post 1 thread per month so how they can help users?
If they never post threads so why they are Mod?

95% from our work is in background and you can´t see what all mods do.

Because in a forum there has many hidden work which normal user never seen.so they think Team not work.it is just their normal thinking focus only nothing more.

FOR ALL

Most of the user have no enough knowledge about the forum maintenance.So they think Only reply and make new thread is the main work of a Team Leader.But it is not true.
Just think once time There daily Visit a lot of user in this famous site.Most of them are don't know about the forum rules also someone unwilling to obey this.
Team leader all time watching her section and work hard to keep her section neat & clean.

Daily minimum thousand of post mark as a report post.they all time take action against the report post.


I think Everyone should Know first then interfere on others work.

don't think about Team Leader it is not ur duty.If u wish to help someone just spreed ur knowledge.that is enough

you know moderator work well to forum,in background,you saw my thread and making new thread about mod,why? you see in my thread only those mod name which is not visited to forum from long time,that's not mean mod and admin not work to forum he work i know because i know some mods personally,but i am disappointing of mod selecting,and also of he's not reply attitude,last time when i am not ps,i work lot's of in apple and htc section,and i talk with about ali for mod,and he ask me send me email at he's private email address,but after that he no reply me,and same with more some people like mahbub alfa aboali also ask me to ask him contact me but when he contact him he not reply
so i suggest you don't make again this type thread because you got nothing.
and thanks to winner58 to remove those mod which is mentioned in my thread.

a lot of people are professional here
----i think you need apoint one more team-----
one will control forume work in background
and other one support users for help about problems

I lost my status Due to my fault Do you get this words It's My own fault
I start working as a Turbo Mod Which ***** Some people i handled the 50% of forum along my apple sec(Software).
I requested Admin's to promote me and they remove me from Moderation so it's my own fault.
If I'm same like The above mentioned Mods So still I'b a Mod But My work become obstacle and they make me Un-Mod.
That's why i stopped working and now all you guys are trolling me like a sh!t.
What you guy's think?

Stop saving your staff You are the only one who is working in whole staff so why you are not removing em from there statuses.
Yes Winner58 is Only one person who is Working in this forum in all cases and the S.Mod's area also.

I disagree cause i kicked 2 forum S.Mod statuses to work in this forum
and I know those forum's have only one team which work and also guide user's and those guy's are super mind people.
So pointing 2 team's will not work

I talked with admins and they sure me they will soon remove all inactive Mod's from staff list so please guys take it easy you all will see all Mod's will be kicked out from staff soon
We are serving a kick A$$ Forum all around the world and next we will give a worlds best staff So guy's please it's a request stop making all these thread's and wait a little bit.

@Admin, I have a suggestion for forum to do forum best and do mod active. We all loved this forum very much and we all earn money and get lot of help with this forum. My idea is that select a hard-work team (as you wish) and have a online meeting all of them in a month and also arrange a annual award party for them with the selection of forum member. So every mod will worked hard and do more attention at forum and forum member and every time do his best and active. So no one make these useless post and every forum member get help from mod's very easy. This idea may be useless in your opinions but very use-full for forum and its member.
