Part of T-Mobile Mobile Broadband Manager from T-Mobile (UK) Ltd This program is not important for your system process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.
File Path: c:\program files\ncell connect\assistantservices.exe
Look if this file exist in this position.
use a good registry clean/repair like this, http://www.regsofts.com/free_registr...try_repair.htm
