As i knew before, there is no chance to win chargeback for compromised credit card, so I decided to accept liabillity for one transaction, and to have clean my paypal, but paypal charged me for 20$ fees because i accepted it.

The disputed amount has now been debited from your PayPal account because of the following reason(s):

Per your response, you accepted liability for this chargeback.
In addition, a 20,00 USD chargeback fee has been applied to and debited from your PayPal account.

It doesn't matter if you accepted it or not. In case if money goes to client, PayPal takes their "chargeback fee" anyway.
