hi guys i would like to asked about this file some of our china unit had need this files .pac file. specially in spd chips it is posible we can convert bin to .pac file. if it is can you share if you kept it in private i have pm message thanks for the genius

Hello, I am looking for the firmware for weeks 3100 SPD tab, I found here but in img format, I do not count with Vulcan, if you can climb CAP format. thank you very much
