There is nothing like FREE in this world.

Search for Bulk Sms Service Providers and you will get one for reasonable price.

You may as low as 5 paisa / sms depending on quantity.

an alternative option would be the using of WeChat (free, from china), or whatsapp, they are the alternative of sms. you can install the china 360 software to use pc to remote control the phone for any processing.

So Digital marketing company service provding the bulk sms services. Bulk sms services means sms cost is very low.

you can use clickatell if you have global audience. but if you have audience from a specific country, you should search for any local sms provider as that would be cost efficient for you.
