hello you all

i need ur kind help plz i want to make cable for mtorola E365 and few oters i have one cable in cut shape it have four more wires one is red , blue , black and white tell me plz which one is tx , rx and gnd cos me still not understand about rx , tx and gnd functions ??????????????/
