Member: 2743812 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | GPS coordinates 80km south of location No idea where to post this. Hope someone can help out. I am a researcher and last month I did 90 interviews in Nepal (in one location). 4 different people (with 4 different devices) recorded the GPS coordinates for each interview. I just entered the coordinates in OpenStreetMap, Google, etc. and found that the coordinates all correspond to a location about 80km south of where we did the interviews... Everyone used 3G (as there was no wifi). I am completely stuck and utterly bewildered. I don't understand how this could have happened. If anyone has any idea - or any suggestion as to how this could possibly have happened....please share. I would be very grateful. The coordinates all correspond to a location near the city of Hetauda in Makwanpur District - but were actually carried out in Dhunibesi in Dhading District. (Anyone any ideas...?) Thanks in advance!
