Help needed asap to remove usb virus from my pc - GSM-Forum

MY PC IS INFECTED WITH autorun.inf & j60o***.cmd virus. This is usb virus. I was having kaspersky license version but this virus currupted that also.Tried with AVG 8 & other malware ,spyware tools also . It shows removed virus but actually it is not removed. Now it is infected in both of my drives. I tried with command prompt, it removes it but whenever i reboot pc & give cmd dir/ah again autorun.inf & j60o***.cmd pop up. I then formatted another harddisk of 40 gb & installed new xp & after that installed kaspersky internet security 2009 licensed version & updated that antivirus. Shut down pc & then attach my infected hard disk & scan whole computer. Kaspersky shown removed viruses from infected pc. Now when i again trying to use my old hard disk seperately it is again showing virus. I played lot with cmd prompt & done so many tricks but no use . I am not expert & don,t want to loose my data.So i need help asap from experts as i heard that it can be removed only by dos commands .

Yes there is one solution through command Prompt

what details do u want? Appart from this i have formatted c drive & that is why system restore is also not possible.
